Depending on the characteristics of the material used in the actuation mechanism of different environments, the spring clip is widely used in various types of contact devices, and the most used is the straight cantilever type piece spring with the simplest shape. The contact piece must have a small electrical resistance and is therefore made of bronze.

The function of the measuring piece spring is to change the force or displacement. If the fixed structure and the supporting method can ensure that the working length of the spring is constant, the stiffness of the leaf spring is constant in a small deformation range, and nonlinear characteristics can also be obtained if necessary, for example, the spring is pressed down on the limiting plate or the adjusting screw, change its working length.

The purpose of phosphating provides protection to the base metal and prevents the metal from being corroded to a certain extent; it is used for primering before painting to improve the adhesion and corrosion resistance of the paint layer; and to reduce friction and lubrication in the metal cold working process.

Phosphating treatment of metal surface is a common pretreatment technology. In principle, it should be treated by chemical conversion membrane, which is mainly used for phosphating of metal surface.

Phosphorification can also be applied to non-ferrous metals (such as aluminum and zinc). Metal surface phosphating is a chemical and electrochemical reaction to form a phosphate chemical conversion film.

The phosphate conversion film formed is called a phosphate film. Metal surface phosphating is a simple, reliable, low-cost, and easy-to-use process for greatly improving the corrosion resistance of metal surfaces, and is therefore widely used in actual production.
