Work principle of SVP transformer oil purifier:
Single stage insulation oil filter removes the impurities in oil by special filters with high efficiency and large
dust-holding capacity. Water separator and vacuum separator tank installed, with the lipophilicity
technology and "cavitation" principle, the oil contact area of in vacuum yank expanded to hundreds of time
than before, while "cavitation" system increase the surface area of oil evaporate, and evaporated constantly updated interface, maximized the oil trace in the vacuum system and water evaporation area, then making water in the oil under conditions of low heat, vacuum environment large surface, high rapid vaporization pumping speed discharged by the vacuum evaporation system.The discharged of water, gas, through cooling system gradual cooling and dehumidification,finally discharged from the vacuum system.Dried oil in vacuum pump after dewatered vaporization was promoted by positive pressure, after fine filtration, clean and pure oil transfer to the outlet port, the complete purifying process finish.
