About different Casting method

• Moulding - the process of making moulding by using the prepared moulding sand and shape.

• Manual molding - the molding process completed entirely by hand or hand tools.

Manual modeling operation is flexible, adaptable, simple process and equipment, low cost, but its casting quality is unstable, low productivity, high labor intensity, high requirements on operation skills.

Machine moulding cannot be used in dry sand mold casting, it is difficult to produce huge castings, and it cannot be used in three-box moulding. At the same time, it is necessary to avoid live block moulding.

There are many types of molding machine, its compact sand and different mode of mold. Machine modeling according to the different compaction mode, the four basic ways of compaction modeling, shock pressure modeling, sand throwing and sand shooting modeling.

• Valve function and use
