Ammonia Cracker

Overview:

This series of ammonia cracker is composed by decomposition machine, purifier and electric control system. This machine decomposes ammonia under the condition of a certain temperature and effect of catalyst into a kind of mixed gas which includes 75% hydrogen and 25% nitrogen.

The mixed gas is widely used:

• Used as protection gas in the bright annealing process for strips, wire tubing and standard parts.
• Used in sintering process for powder metallurgy, tungsten molybdenum materials, had alloys and electronic materials, etc..
• Used as the protection gas in tin slot in float glass production.
